Your application will be complete when you have submitted official academic transcripts and letters of recommendations. Please,
- Mail official college/university transcripts to The Kennedy Center, P.O. Box 101510, Arlington, VA 22210
- Submit two letters of recommendation in one of the following ways:
- Upload letters to your online application (Instructions in application)
- Email letters to email@example.com
- Mail letters to the address above
The deadline for submitting applications is April 1, 2012. The online application must be completed online by 11:59 PM on April 1, 2012. Mailed materials must be postmarked by April 1, 2012.
Application decisions will be made in early June of 2012.

If you encounter difficulties with the application, below are common solutions:
- I submit my application, but I can still edit it. - Your application is not officially submitted until you check the "Application Complete" box on the end of the application and click "Save" in the upper left hand corner of the page. Return to your application by clicking here and complete these steps.
- I have not received an email confirmation. - First, check your junk mail folder. The email comes from email@example.com. If the email is not in your junkmail folder, wait a few hours and check again. If you still do not receive a confirmation, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm the receipt of your application during normal business hours.
- I am getting an error page. - Close your browser and reopen. Then, copy and paste this address into a new browser: http://am.artsmanager.org/FellowsApplications/Lists/DeVos%20Fellowship%20Applications/Applicant.aspx After logging in, this will return you to your application.
- I am having trouble uploading my resume or other documents. - First, rename your attachment. Each attachment must have a different name. Then, close your browser, re-open and attempt to attach again. If you are still unable to attach your document, please email them to email@example.com.
